Kylvyssä - Bath
Tämä nukke halusi heti päästä kokeilemaan kylpemistä vaahtokylvyssä. Kuplina kuplamuovia.
This doll wanted to test the bubblebath in her new bathroom. Bubbles are made from bubble wrap.

Ohje - Tutorial
How to make a shelf with towel rack.
Kuinka tehdään hylly, jossa pyyheliinateline.
Materials: plastic doll house fence material, a piece of wood stained the color you want and black metal wire (or you can paint it matt black if you have some other color in hand).
Materiaalit: muovista nukkekotiaitaa, pala puuta sopivan sävyiseksi värjättynä ja mustaa metallilankaa (voit myös maalata muun värisen mattamustalla).
Cut the shelf supports with craft knife or scissors. Glue the self in place. Add the towel rack wire. I used SuperGlue Gel.
Leikkaa sopivat palat kannakkeiksi. Liimaa paikoilleen. Lisää vielä tanko pyyhetelineeksi. Liimana käytin geelimäistä pikaliimaa.
The shelf in place. As you can see the water tank supports are made from the same material.
Hylly paikoillaan. Kuvasta näkyy, että vesisäiliön kannakkeet on tehty samasta materiaalista.
Nearly Done - Melkein valmista
Suihku hanoineen on tehty erilaisista metalli-ja koruosista sekä pesulan henkarista. Kylpyvaahtokuuliksi laitoin 15/0 valkoisia siemenhelmiä.

Materiaalit - Materials
Materiaalit:
- puulistoja
- kahvitikkuja
- pakkauspahvia
- helmiä
- metalliosia esim. kuulakärkikynästä
- jämäpaloja laattapaperia
- jämäpala koristeaidasta
- yksittäispakattu voirasia
- puulevyä esim. puisesta hedelmälaatikosta
- metallinen henkari esim. pesulasta
- akryylimaaleja (mattavalkoinen seiniin, kattoon ja listoihin; kiiltävä valkoinen kalusteisiin ja hopeinen metalliosiin)
Here I have materials I used in my Victorian bathroom. I also used spare doll house pipe and fauchets, but I could have made them of the metal wire and odd metal parts. It is useful to have plenty of different metal parts, because you can make almost anything just combining them differently.
Materials:
- wooden mouldings
- coffee stirrers/sticks
- cardboard from packaging
- pearls
- metal parts e.g. from pen
- left over tile paper
- left over fence material
- single packed margarine container
- pieces of wood e.g. from fruit box
- metal hanger from dry-cleaners
- acrylic paints (matt white for walls, ceiling and mouldings; glossy for sink and watercloset; silver for metal parts)
Työkaluja, joita käytin. Näiden lisäksi käytin tietysti tavallisia saksia ja poraamisen Dremeliä. Käsiporakin käy.
Tools which I used. In addition I used scissors of course and Dremel for drilling the holes. But you can manage without a power drill, too.
Olisiko kukaan kiinnostunut tarkemmista ohjeista?
Would anyone be interested in more spesific instructions?

Viktoriaaninen kylpyhuone - Victorian Bathroom
Laatikko on oikeasti tarkoitettu kynttilöille ja siinä on lasinen saranallinen kansi. Maalasin yläosan seinää ja alaosassa on pahvista tehty laatoitus. Ensin piirrän lyijykynällä laatat ja sitten piikillä teen urat niiden päälle. Lattia on jämäpaloista tehty.
The box is meant for candles and it has a hinged glass lid. I painted it and wall tiles are made from cardboard. I drew the lines with pencil first and then made the grooves with a needle. The floor is made from the odds and ends of tile paper I had left. The tub is not a doll house furniture but it contained bath gel. A piece of luxury rubbish one could say. The sink is made from margarine container and bits and pieces of wood and trimmings. The waste pipe is a doll house material. And the toilet seat and bowl you already know. I have had this project on my mind for quite a while and I do love making it :)
